Learn to recognize, avoid and eliminate dangerous situations before they occur.
This workshop is a system of psychological preparation, verbal skills, and self-defense moves that take advantage of instinctive and natural body movements and reactions. Note This workshop is for women of any age. |

Tai Chi School Workshop Payment Policy
Prepayment is suggested, serves as a reservation for the class, provides you with a discounted fee and helps us determine if a class needs to be rescheduled due to a lack of minimum enrollment. All events must be prepaid at least one week in advance of the event, after that the "at door" fee is the cost. The only way to preregister is to prepay. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.
If you decide to cancel, please notify us one week in advance for a full refund. If you notify us less than one week in advance, you will be given a full credit toward another workshop. If you prepay for an event, but do not cancel or attend, the money will be considered a donation to The Tai Chi School of Westchester for developmental purposes.
